Solution to Robot Sound on Eyebeam

So, the other day I had a solution to the problem of using Eyebeam and having a tinny sound, or a robot sound during a call. I think this will get rid of the tinny sound when calling on Eyebeam. I checked over the codecs on the phone, and all the VOIP settings. At my office, we have Counterpath and Eyebeam, with Fonality. It turns out that the problem was I had a Wireless Mouse in the same side as the USB headset! My solution to stopping the tinny robotic sound on Eyebeam was: Plug the USB headset into a different USB port on the computer. When I plugged the USB headset into a different USB port, it sounded normal again.
